FINANCIAL AND REFUND POLICIES

​To secure your child’s spot at camp, please note the following fee structure and payment deadlines:

• Registration Fee: A non-refundable fee of $60 per child is due at the time of enrollment.

Standard Payment Plan: 
Tuition is collected in two equal installments:

• 50% of tuition is due on March 15th.
• Remaining 50% of tuition is due on May 1st.

Late Registration Requirements
If you register after the standard payment dates have passed, the following amounts are due immediately upon registration:

• If you register from March 15 to April 30: 50% of tuition is due immediately.
• If you register May 1 or later: Full tuition is due immediately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A Cancellation is defined as any request to decrease the total number of weeks or sessions a camper is attending. Cancellations must be requested in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are calculated based on the date the written cancellation notice is received:

Cancellation by March 31: Full Tuition Refund (less registration fee & credit card fees)
Cancellation by May 31: 50% Tuition Refund (less registration fee & credit card fees)
Cancellation by June 26: 20% Tuition Refund (less registration fee & credit card fees)
After June 26: No Refunds

Change Policy
A Change is defined as a request to modify a camper’s schedule while keeping the total number of weeks the same (e.g., switching from Week 2 to Week 4).

• We will make every effort to accommodate schedule changes.
• Schedule changes should be requested in writing to [email protected]
• All changes are subject to space availability.
• If a change results in fewer weeks, the Cancellation Policy above will apply to the dropped weeks.
